Company founder and Owner Bradford Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Colorado State University and has over twenty years experience designing, renovating and building residential and commercial projects. Included in his list of renovation projects are a turn-of-the-century schoolhouse in Manchester and a 40,000 square turn-of-the-century manufacturing facility in southern Vermont. Two other renovation projects include an elementary and high school with the focus on upgrading energy systems. New projects include an Energy Star rated housing project and numerous retail, automotive and manufacturing projects, as well as The Long Trail Brewery in Vermont. That project, and the Shortle Chysler Dodge project, won the Steelox System's Design Merit Awards for innovative utilization of Steelox products.

Mr. Thomas is certified by the Building Performance Institute as a Building Analyst and Envelope Specialist. In addition, Mr. Thomas attended FLIR System’s Infrared Training Center- Americas in Boston, Massachusetts and is certified as a Level 1 Thermographer. He is also trained to prepare energy ratings and make recommendations for improvements that will save the building owner energy and money and make the building more comfortable.
