Comprehensive Building Services believes in a TEAM approach to the planning and design of every building project. It has the capability to thoroughly analysis various construction methods in order to most effectively finalize the plan.

Prior to making any proposal for changes to the building, Comprehensive Building Solutions LLC completes a whole building systems inspection of the building. This provides an understanding of the ways various systems within the building interact.

After completion of the initial inspection, recommendations are made to improve building performance including health and safety, durability, comfort and energy conservation.

Accompanying each recommendation is a cost proposal including the recommendations, energy savings and payback for measures identified during the energy audit.

Comprehensive Building Solutions LLC is a Home Performance with Energy Star Contractor, certified by Efficiency Vermont, and is a Certified HERS Rater with RESNET. Other certifications include the Building Performance Institute's Building Analyst and Envelope Specialist and FLIR Systems Level 1 Thermographer.

After thoroughly reviewing the plans and details, recommendations are made to increase the building's energy efficiency

CBS keeps a watchful eye on the work from start through finish.
